Congratulations on deciding to enter into the Franklin Arts Festival - every entry is a valuable contribution to this annual event and we thank you for being part of it.

Each entry form includes full details specific to your category, including the award information, your calendar of events and the entry conditions.

Please click on the relevant category to view and/or download your entry form, then print out the form, read it carefully, complete it, and mail it with your fee(s) to:

Entries must be recieved by Tuesday, 5th July 2011. Late entries will not be accepted.

Please ensure you read the instructions on your entry form clearly.  We regret that any entry forms that are incorrect or incomplete will not be accepted.

Please also note the following changes to this year's forms: 

1. Entry fees for artists is now $15 per entry

2. We have new categories in Woodturning, in Photography, and in Painting - if one of these is your usual category please read your entry form carefully
